George Lamb on being ‘Archie Mitchell’s’ son
The host of Big Brother’s Little Brother, George Lamb, has revealed in an interview with the Sun newspaper that his dad, EastEnders actor Larry Lamb, who plays evil doer Archie Mitchell, is recognised more often than he is when the pair are out and about.
George told the paper how on one occasion, he was at an airport when he encountered two young boys who only recognised George when one pointed out to the other that he was “Archie Mitchell’s son”…
George and Larry have teamed up most recently on a trip to South Africa where they filmed some very moving scenes for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day this year. Here’s a clip from footage of their sometimes harrowing trip together…
